Return & Refund Policy

Returns for customized or personalized products may be restricted when the product has been produced according to the customer-approved details.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order, customers should contact Satcrafts with the order number and supporting photographs as soon as reasonably possible.

Approved refunds are recorded against the order and will be processed using the applicable payment/refund method once the payment provider is fully integrated.
