Cancellation Policy

Customers can request cancellation from My Orders while the order remains in an eligible pre-shipment status.

Cancellation is not automatically guaranteed. Satcrafts reviews the request based on the current production and fulfilment stage.

Orders that are already shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled through the online cancellation workflow.

If an approved cancellation relates to an already-paid order, the refund process will be recorded and processed using the applicable payment method.
